Synthesis and ultrastructural characterization of ferrocenylated soft structures

A C3-symmetric ferrocenylated ditryptophan construct was synthesized and the morphology of its self-assembled structure was studied. Ferrocenylated soft structures so obtained interacted with cyclodextrin resulting in increased tryptophan fluorescence and disruption of the self assembled structure.
