Solid support synthesis of 15-membered macrocycles containing a serotonin unit

Efficient assembly of 15-membered macrocycles utilizing the SNAr of fluorine in 3-fluoro-4-nitrobenzoic acid with the OH functionality of serotonin on solid support is reported. This flexible synthesis yields a set of title macrocycles with good purity (>90%).
