1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic structural elucidation of new decarboxylated betacyanins

The first 1H and 13C NMR results for 2-decarboxy-hylocerenin and other 2- and 17-monodecarboxy- as well as 2,17-bidecarboxy-betacyanins are presented.
