Highly diastereoselective chemoenzymatic synthesis of (2′R)- and (2′S)-2′-deoxy[2′-2H]guanosines

The efficient synthesis of (2′R > 98% de)- and (2′S > 98% de)-2′-deoxy[2′-2H]guanosines was achieved by chemoenzymatic conversion of (2′R > 98% de)- and (2′S > 98% de)-2′-deoxy[2′-2H]uridine, respectively.
