The influence of Er3+ doping on the structural and optical properties of CeO2 thin films grown by PED

- We report the growth and characterization of Er-doped CeO2 films via PED method.
- It has been determined that Er doped effect on the structure of CeO2 films.
- The effect of doping Er on the optical properties of CeO2 films has been determined.
- We determine the electrochemical properties of all films for electrocromic devices.
