Influence of typical defects on thermal conductivity of graphene nanoribbons: An equilibrium molecular dynamics simulation

► EMD simulation is performed to study the thermal conductivity of graphene. ► The thermal conductivity depends on the characteristic sizes of GNRs. ► Hydrogen passivation cannot improve but reduce the thermal conductivity. ► It will be further reduced if the there are SW defect arrays involved.
