Characterization and hydrogen gas sensing properties of TiO2 thin films prepared by sol-gel method

► Preparation and characterization of hydrogen sensing TiO2 thin films by sol-gel method. ► The annealing effect on the structure, electrical, optical and sensing properties was studied. ► The best sensitivity show the films composed of rutile with grain size of ∼100 nm.
