Thin films of arylenevinylene oligomers prepared by MAPLE for applications in non-linear optics

▶ Thin films of arylenevinylene oligomers can be deposited by MAPLE. ▶ Preservation of chemical structures of films was tested by UV-Vis and PL. ▶ Deposited oligomers show nearly equal second-order NLO coefficients (<100 mW). ▶ SH and TPL intensities change with x- and z-position on the film.
