RETRACTED: Protein dynamics by neutron scattering

The retraction is meant to clear any potential infringement of the copyright held by the American Chemical Society, whose permission to re-use part of the material already published in the Journal of Physical Chemistry B (Puzzle of Protein Dynamical Transition, by S. Magazu', F. Migliardo and A. Benedetto, J. Phys. Chem. B 2011, 115, 7736-7743), based on the PhD thesis work of Dr. Benedetto, was not requested nor obtained.The article being retracted was an invited contribution from the SIBPA conference for a special issue in Biophysical Chemistry to recognize the award received for the PhD thesis work of Dr. Benedetto. It included material already contained in his thesis defended in March 2011, and new data recently collected at the Institute Laue-Langevin in Grenoble, France. The retraction should in no way be construed as pertaining to the scientific validity of material presented in the thesis of Dr. Benedetto, previously published with S. Magazu' and F. Migliardo in the Journal of Physical Chemistry B, or collected recently at the Institute Laue-Langevin.
