NMR proton chemical shift prediction of T·T mismatches in B-DNA duplexes

- We develop a proton chemical shift prediction scheme for DNA T·T mismatches.
- The prediction accuracy is 0.07 ppm with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996.
- The scheme is potentially applicable to other types of DNA mismatches.
