J-modulation effects in DOSY experiments and their suppression: The Oneshot45 experiment

► A 45° purging pulse suppresses signal distortions caused by J-modulation in DOSY. ► Purging allows much longer gradient pulses, extending the diffusion range of DOSY. ► Effect of peak overlap on apparent diffusion coefficient is analysed and explained.
