Enhanced thermoelectric performance of nanostructured CNTs/BiSbTe bulk composite from rapid pressure-quenching induced multi-scale microstructure
چکیده انگلیسی
A simple and rapid high-pressure and high-temperature (HPHT) quenching method was proposed for the implementation of in situ bulk material nanostructuring. Based on the full-spectrum phonon scattering for multi-scale microstructures, the thermal conductivity by the HPHT quenching method is lower than that by other nanostructuring methods. The enhanced thermoelectric performance is achieved for CNTs/BiSbTe nanostructured bulk material, and the maximum ZT of 1.42 is obtained at 373 K.
