Bloc analgésique de la paroi postérieure du thorax : le bloc des muscles trapézo-rhomboïde

Epidural analgesia remains the gold standard for postoperative analgesia after thoracic surgery; although alternative techniques already exist such as paravertebral block. We describe a block of the posterior chest wall performed under ultrasound guidance, as a new potential alternative for thoracoscopic surgery or event surgery performed by thoracotomy.
