Efficacy of Long-Acting Octreotide on Reducing Mucus Production in Patients With Ileal Neobladder

Two injections of long-acting-release octreotide can dramatically reduce mucus production and hence catheter obstruction due to mucus plugs after radical cystectomy and orthotopic reconstruction.
