Liver resection versus liver resection plus TACE for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma beyond Milan criteria

This study showed that LR + TACE may be beneficial for patients with HCC beyond the Milan criteria. Postoperative adjuvant TACE should be considered to patients with HCC beyond the Milan criteria.
