On ideal equal convergence II

There are generalizations and complementations of results from our joint papers with Filipów ([15] and [16]). We study relationships between ideal equal convergence and various kinds of ideal convergences of sequences of real functions. Furthermore we consider ideal version of the bounding number on sets from coideals.
