The degradation of Isophorone by catalytic wet air oxidation on Ru/TiZrO4

► The response surface methodology is first applied into CWAO. ► This is the first report about the Isophorone treatment in CWAO. ► The degradation pathway of Isophorone in CWAO was proposed. ► There is a good correlation between the catalytic activity and zeta potential. ► Ru/TiZrO4 catalyst has a good stability in the degradation of Isophorone.
