Production of a solid fuel using sewage sludge and spent cooking oil by immersion frying

► The sludge immersion frying is a fast drying process with drying times of several minutes. ► An optimal oil temperature range of 140-160 °C is recommended for the sewage sludge frying drying. ► The oil frying drying can convert the sewage sludge into a solid fuel with a heating value of 21.5-24 MJ/kg. ► 1 ton spent cooking oil can process about 8 tons wet sewage sludge by immersion frying method.
