Removal of chloropyrifos ethyl, tetradifon and chlorothalonil pesticide residues from citrus by using ozone

► Ozone is effective tool for removal of chloropyrifos ethyl, tetradifon and chlorothalonil. ► Increasing of ozonation temperature causes a negative effect on the removal of pesticides. ► Increasing of applied ozone dosage is not significantly effect on the removal of pesticides. ► Washing of citrus with tap water is not as effective as ozonation in the removal of pesticides.
