Effect of surface Fe2O3 clusters on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 for phenol degradation in water

► Iron oxide clusters are made by decomposition of a large Fe(III) complex on TiO2. ► The modified anatase shows an enhanced activity for phenol photodegradation. ► The composite catalyst is very stable during four repeated experiments.
