Mechanochemical destruction of pentachloronitrobenzene with reactive iron powder

► We use MCD method to destruct PCNB powder in addition of iron powder. ► PCNB and its impurities are destroyed. ► The product is non-toxic and carbonized. ► Graphite and amorphous carbon are detected.
