Silicon sawing waste treatment by electrophoresis and gravitational settling

► For recycling, Al2O3, instead of SiC, might be good abrasives for cutting Si. ► Separation of Si/Al2O3 was good by electrophoresis and gravitational settling. ► The recovered Si can be considered as a new Si source for solar cell. ► The abrasives can be reused in the sawing process.
