Synergistic interactions between PDE4B and GSK-3: DISC1 mutant mice

► Inhibition of PDE4B and GSK-3 in sub-threshold doses elicited antipsychotic effect. ► DISC1-Q31L decreased PDE4B activity and increased sensitivity to GSK-3 blocker. ► PDE4B and GSK-3 synergistically interact with each other via DISC1.
