Preventive effect of Imperatorin on acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide in mice

► Imperatorin regulated cytokine levels, such as TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-10. ► Imperatorin attenuated lung inflammatory responses elicited by lipopolysaccharide. ► Imperatorin inhibited the lipopolysaccharide-induced MAPK and NF-κB activation.
