Bradykinin promotes Toll like receptor-4 expression in human gingival fibroblasts

► Human gingival fibroblasts play an important role in inflammatory responses in the periodontum. ► Bradykinin has been known to modulate expression of TLR. ► HGF treated with bradykinin showed up-regulation of TLR4. ► In HGF the treatment with LPS increase the inflammatory response induced by bradykinin. ► Bradykinin modulates the inflammatory response in HGF.
