G1-4 A, an arabinogalactan polysaccharide from Tinospora cordifolia increases dendritic cell immunogenicity in a murine lymphoma model

► G1-4A, increased phenotypic and functional maturation of BMDC. ► G1-4A treated DC increased cross presentation of tumor antigens. ► Increased cross-presentation resulted in activation of cytotoxic T cells. ► Tumor lysate pulsed G1-4A treated DC decreased tumor burden in vivo. ► DC therapy was effective in prophylactic as well as therapeutic tumor challenge.
