DA-9601 suppresses 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene and dust mite extract-induced atopic dermatitis-like skin lesions

► DA-9601 is a novel anti-peptic formulation from the extracts of Artemisia asiatica. ► DA-9601 suppressed dust mite extract and 2,4-DNCB-induced atopic dermatitis. ► Ear thickness, mast cell infiltration, IgE, and histamine were reduced by DA-9601. ► DA-9601 might be a candidate for the treatment of atopic dermatitis.
