A CpG oligodeoxynucleotide potentiates the anti-tumor effect of HSP65-Her2 fusion protein against Her2 positive B16 melanoma in mice

► BW006 was tested as adjuvant for MHSP65-HER2. ► BW006 enhanced the prophylactic and therapeutic effect of MHSP65-HER2. ► BW006 enhanced the humarol but not cellular response of MHSP65-HER2. ► MHSP65-HER2 at lower dose induced more effective anti-tumor effect.
