Abelmoschi Corolla non-flavonoid components altered the pharmacokinetic profile of its flavonoids in rat

A study was carried out to investigate the influences of non-flavonoid ingredients on the pharmacokinetic profiles of seven flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla. It showed that the plasma concentrations of isoquercitrin which is one of the seven flavonoids in rats were significantly increased when it was co-administrated with different non-flavonoid ingredients and Tmax, AUC were increased significantly, too.125
