Ethnoknowledge of Bukusu community on livestock tick prevention and control in Bungoma district, western Kenya

Application of indigenous and locally based anti-tick measures from the Bukusu community can prevent tick infestation and re-infestation and manage tick burden on hosts for sustainable maintenance of endemic stability in indigenous animals.
