Identification of polyphenols and their metabolites in human urine after cranberry-syrup consumption

► Human urinary metabolites of polyphenols have been profiled using UPLC-Q-TOF MS. ► Prior to the analysis, metabolites were extracted using an optimised SPE procedure. ► 32 Metabolites (phase I and II) were tentatively identified.
