چکیده انگلیسی
► Agaricus bitorquis and Agaricus essettei were found to be more nutritive than A. bisporus. ► A. bitorquis showed the best antioxidant, antimicrobial, anticholinesterase activities. ► The iron content of A. bitorquis was faund 14-fold higher than that of A. bisporus. ► Antioxidant, anticholinesterase, antimicrobial worth of the mushrooms were revealed. ► A. bitorquis may protect people against oxidants damage, against amnesia, as well.
