چکیده انگلیسی
► We evaluated the effect of citreorosein (CIT) on COX-2 dependent PGD2 generation in SCF/IL-10/LPS-induced mast cells. ► CIT inhibits COX-2 expression through NF-κB p65 subunit nuclear translocation and its cognate DNA-binding activity. ► In addition, CIT also inhibits DNA binding activity of AP-1. ► Our present study suggests that CIT represents a potential therapeutic approach for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.
