Neurological comorbidity affects prognosis in left ventricular hypertrabeculation/noncompaction

Patients with LVHT and an NMD should be educated about the symptoms of arrhythmias and heart failure. They should be closely followed, and the implantation of cardiac electronic devices should be considered.
