► A total of 14 eligible case-control studies were used in the pooled analysis. ► IL-10 -3575T/A polymorphism is positively correlated with the risk of DLBCL. ► Carriers of -1082G allele had a dramatically increased risk of DLBCL. ► The results may help to clarify the malignancy-risk gene signature of DLBCL.
