SP110 gene polymorphisms and tuberculosis susceptibility: A systematic review and meta-analysis based on 10 624 subjects

► We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis on SP110 gene polymorphisms and tuberculosis susceptibility. ► Estimated odds ratio of target polymorphisms were pooled for meta synthesis. ► We also conducted the sensitivity analysis on pulmonary TB, and stratified analysis on ethnicity. ► None of the target polymorphisms of SP110 gene was found to be associated with tuberculosis risk in the analyses.
