Identification of immunogenic consensus T-cell epitopes in globally distributed influenza-A H1N1 neuraminidase

▶ We analyzed highly conserved epitopes from H1N1 neuraminidase from 86 countries. ▶ We proposed nine novel CD8+ T-cell epitopes for MHC class-I alleles. ▶ We proposed eight novel CD4+ T-cell epitopes for MHC class-II alleles. ▶ We found epitope FSYKYGNGV as potential vaccine candidate generating both CD8+ and CD4+ responses.
