Regions of intrinsic disorder help identify a novel nuclear localization signal in Toxoplasma gondii histone acetyltransferase TgGCN5-B

▶ Developed criteria to help identify nuclear localization signals (NLS). ▶ Basic-rich amino acids within intrinsic disorder may indicate nuclear localization. ▶ A novel NLS has been mapped on TgGCN5-B. ▶ Results will help assign function to hypothetical proteins predicted in the ToxoDB.
