Dendrimer enriched single-use aptasensor for impedimetric detection of activated protein C

- Novel impedimetric aptasensor for detection of activated protein C (APC) was introduced.
- The specific recognition of APC was performed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
- The screen printed electrodes were modified with poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimer.
- Enhanced sensor response on APC detection was obtained by dendrimer modified electrodes.
