Single-walled carbon nanotubes-polymer modified graphite electrodes for DNA hybridization

► SWCNT combined with polymer poly(vinylferrocenium) (PVF+) modified electrodes were developed. ► Their characterization was performed by SEM and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. ► They presented two folds increase at guanine signal compared to unmodified ones. ► SWCNT-PVF+ modified PGE presented a selective and sensitive discrimination of DNA hybridization.
