Effects of lipid chain length on the surface properties of alkylaminomethyl rutin and of its mixture with model lecithin membrane

► The monolayer properties of RuCn is strongly dependent on the lipid chain length. ► The dipole moment of RuCn monolayers decreases with the surface pressure. ► Addition of RuCn into lecithin can improve the dipole moment of mixed monolayers.
