Statistical shape analysis of the corpus callosum in Schizophrenia

► We present a statistical shape-analysis framework for analyzing the corpus callosum. ► It enables intrinsic computation of averages and covariances on the shape space. ► Results show significant age, sex, and schizophrenia effects on callosal shape.
