Anatomical insights into disrupted small-world networks in schizophrenia

► We constructed anatomical network on 79 schizophrenia patients and 96 controls. ► Global efficiency of network was significant decreased in patients group. ► Regional efficiency of network decreased mainly on frontal lobe in patients group. ► Global and local efficiency had significant negative correlation with PANSS.
