Comparison of the QIAGEN artus HIV-1 QS-RGQ test with the Roche COBAS AmpliPrep/COBAS TaqMan HIV-1 test v2.0

The artus HIV-1 QS-RGQ test compared well with the Roche TaqMan HIV-1 v2.0 test, and Bland-Altman analysis showed good agreement between the two systems across a wide range of subtypes.
