Transient Retinopathy in Acute Aortic Dissection

Retinopathy occurred frequently in patients with AAD. This retinopathy was associated with a history of hypertension and higher peak C-reactive protein levels and was an important predictive factor for adverse cardio-cerebrovascular outcomes.
