Sb-doped tin oxide (SnO2-Sb) films were deposited on Ti substrates using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis at 600 °C. The effects of Sb doping level on the properties of the Ti/SnO2-Sb electrodes were investigated. It was shown that the molar percentages of Sb in the coatings were consistent with those in the precursors. The crystal size of SnO2-Sb increased with the doping level. In addition, it was found that the microstructure, resistivity, electrochemical behavior, and electrocatalytic activity for pollutant oxidation were highly dependent on the doping level. The optimal doping level is about 3%, at which the Ti/SnO2-Sb electrodes have the lowest resistivity and best electrocatalytic activity.
