Pattern recognition receptors involved in the inflammatory attenuating effects of soybean isoflavone in β-amyloid peptides 1-42 treated rats

► PRRs and FPRs were reported involved in the inflammatory responses of Alzheimer's disease. ► Neuronal inflammatory damage rats were established by using centrally injected Aβ1-42. ► We detected the effects of SIF against inflammation caused by Aβ1-42 treatment in rats. ► Aβ1-42 treatment caused changes of inflammatory mediators in serum and brain tissues. ► SIF was an efficiency compound in antagonizing the inflammation caused by Aβ1-42 treatment.
