Interdependence of measures in Pavlovian conditioned freezing

► We ran a large number of mice on Pavlovian fear conditioning. ► Post-Shock freezing is a measure of immediate contextual memory. ► Tone Baseline freezing cannot simply be subtracted from Tone freezing. ► Tone Baseline freezing must therefore be reduced via alterations in procedure.
