Involvement of EphB1 receptor/ephrinB1 ligand in bone cancer pain

► Increased spinal EphB1/ephrinB1 in rat's bone cancer pain model. ► EphB1-Fc (I.T.) alleviate mechanical allodynia induced by bone cancer. ► EphB1-Fc (I.T.) inhibit increased gene expression of spinal inflammatory cytokines. ► EphB1 might regulate gene expression of spinal inflammatory cytokines in bone cancer.
