Identification of novel B cell epitopes within Toxoplasma gondii GRA1

- Epitopes of T. gondii GRA1 were identified using synthetic peptide techniques.
- Three peptides were determined to be immunodominant B cell epitopes of GRA1.
- The identified epitopes are useful for vaccine design and disease diagnosis.
